Service Update

We have received notification today that DPD are currently running

behind and in some cases deliveries are not being being made

next day as they run into their very busy period.


We have been assured that DPD are recruiting additional drivers and

introducing new shift patterns to cope with the increased demand

and any issues will be short term.


Therefore, can I politely ask that you bear this in mind when booking in

your customers and placing orders with us.


We monitor all of your orders and will contact you in the event of any

delays so we can resolve to your satisfaction and to ensure you

receive your orders at the earliest opportunity.


I can assure you that the ECS UK team, together with our distribution

partners will continue to give you the very best service levels we possibly

can.
