Prior to Christmas and during this week we have received a number of calls from our customers advising that our website was running slowly.
We have investigated and it was found that Google was indexing manuals which slowed the site down at different times of the day.
Our developers have found a solution and have introduced enhancements and improvements to ensure we provide you with a website that performs as we would expect.
