ECS UK Christmas Opening Hours 2025.
As we approach the end of 2025, please see below our opening and closing hours during the festive period.
We will close at 1.00 pm Wednesday 24th December and re-open for normal business 9.00am Monday 5th January 2026.
We have been advised by our couriers the following recommended latest order dates for delivery before Christmas.
Please bear in mind the volume of parcels in the courier network at this time of year may delay deliveries.

Collections Monday to Friday each week building up to Christmas week however, as the networks are forecast to be heavily laden with parcels we would advise not leaving your official cut off for delivery before Christmas too late as whilst collections are being made from us up to the 23rd a Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

Our Customer and Technical Service Departments will not be available during the holiday period.
Our website will remain open during the holiday and our warehouse will be open on certain days, however, we are unable to guarantee dispatch or delivery date.
Normal service will resume Monday 5th January 2026.
